My PC won't turn on.

HP Recommended
22 All-in-one PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The problem is that my All in One, won't turn on. There is no led or visual indications of error, it just simply doesn't turn on. No sound of hardware parts trying to turn on or anything.  I've tried all the troubleshooting from the hp support page, but nothing works (holding down the power button for 15 secs with disconnected device, etc..). When i took it to the store I was told I needed a new battery. But I don't know what battery to buy exactly. The only ones I could find were for laptops. According to this site, my warranty has expired so, I'd like to know if there is something I've not tried yet or a better solution.

Let me know if there is something else you need to know.

@Techdummy101 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that Pc will not turn on.

In that case, I would suggets you conatct our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

Or you can conatct the local service center for repair.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

1)Click on this link -

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.
