So, long story short, my dad brought me a computer from Best Buy on my birthday (on Nov 18, 2021) & when I started using it everything was going pretty fine until a week ago or something the computer completely stopped turning on. I noticed that when the ac power adapter was plugged, I heard no fan, no led light, everything just stopped working. I tried searching on Youtube how to fix it and nothing was helpful, so anyone can help me try to fix it. Any employee or somebody who is an expert can sort this issue.

Good news: your new HP computer comes with a 12-month warranty.

Contact HP Support, and open a claim against the warranty.

HP should repair/replace your computer, at HP's expense.

Or, talk to Best Buy, since the computer is less than 60 days old.

Maybe, they will exchange it, or at least give you store-credit to be used to buy a replacement.
