The pc is not starting windows and is always trying to reset but gaves me always blue screen of death what can I do?

I tried to put an usb stick with wondows 11 inside but it doesn't recognize it as a startup option so WHAT CAN I DO??

After three failed attempts to start Windows should boot into the Windows Recovery Environment. From there you should be able to boot into Safe Mode. If you are able to do this please let us know and we will try and assist you in troubleshooting your BSOD.

I am sorry but it goes in recovery mode but it won’t go in safe mode and I don’t lnow what to do please help me

If you are unable to boot into Safe Mode, this implies that the problem is with Windows system files. Can you please provide the message/details or a photo of the BSOD?
