Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I’ve had my all one one pc for a while but I only reset it a couple of months and I heard that if I don’t reset it, it won’t turn on but my pcs fan is on and light little light is on but not the screen which worry’s me. I normally put it on sleep mode and is a Hp all in one pc 24 inch
