Hi @Gyvr69
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
It sounds like your HP All-in-One Touch is receiving power (since the green light turns on) but isn't booting up. Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:
Step 1: Perform a Hard Reset
- Turn off the computer and unplug it from the power source.
- Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to discharge residual power.
- Reconnect the power cord directly to a wall outlet (avoid surge protectors).
- Turn the computer back on and check if it boots.
Step 2: Check Power Supply & Connections
- Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the computer and the outlet.
- Try plugging the computer into a different outlet to rule out power issues.
- If using a power adapter, check for visible damage or try a different adapter.
Step 3: Reset BIOS (If Possible)
- Turn off the computer and unplug it.
- Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord and turn the computer back on.
- If the computer starts, enter BIOS settings (F10 at startup) and reset to default.
Step 4: Check for Display Issues
- If the computer powers on but the screen remains black, try connecting an external monitor via HDMI or DisplayPort.
- If the external monitor works, the issue may be with the built-in display.
Step 5: Run HP Diagnostics
- Restart the computer and press F2 to enter HP Hardware Diagnostics.
- Run a System Test to check for hardware failures.
