HP Recommended

I have two HP all in one's and neither will power on ...one of them I plug power in and only the light by the power comes on a solid light white but it won't power on or even turn thr light on that's up by power button. The second all on one I have I get the white power light by the plug and I get a flashing white light where the power button is but it still won't power up the computer. Please somebody help! I'd be happy if I can get one running ...thank you
