My pc when I turn it on beeps 3 time then twice and doesn’t turn on

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

A 3:2 error is generally a HP Desktop memory problem.

 

Remove all memory modules. Reinstall the modules. Start the PC.

 

Then remove all memory modules. Install each module, one at a time, in each memory slot. Start the PC each time to check for a successful Power On Self Test. 

 

You may have to replace a bad memory module if you find one. The PC should POST when the faulty memory module is not installed in the MB.
