Pavilion 500-314
Other

I have called at least 4 companies this morning. Dell, the computer screen which is attached to the HP Pavilion 500-314; Windows, which my locked Microsoft software which is attached to and the Zerox company whom I thought would have been able to fix the initial problem.

This problem is dealing with a Church computer. I am not able to print out anything from my computer because everytime I try and print, my computer restarts and turns back on in 10 minutes.

The Zerox company said it had to deal with the Windows update, which causes the glitch between the printer and the computer but I never had this update. Because of this discrepancy, the technician tried to access our Microsoft account  but was unable to access this account because the password (that I reset 3 times in a row) would literally not let me into my account (repeat: even if I reset the password minutes ago). There might be an issue with our Microsoft, a kind of glitch or something on that end.

I also called the HP Service center who said that this problem might have to deal with the software on the computer itself rather than its parts because the computer, printer, and screen are working fine, separately (and have been working fine together only a week ago).

How am I able to get to printing again?

@GWashingtonCOA

No one has responded to this post sooner because the sorry fact is that the Zerox company is telling you the basic truth.  Recently, there have been reports of printers crashing PCs due to Windows Updates.  As is usually the case, it took some time for Microsoft to finally admit to the problem.

Here's an article about it:  Windows 10 emergency updates released to fix printing crashes (bleepingcomputer.com)

So basically, MS is now pushing out updates to fix this issue and until your PC installs the ones needed, the issue will remain.
