My computer does not start. I push button nothing . I see the white light in back so there is power I plugged un plugged pressed button for 10 seconds nothing disconnected everything I’m so upset I have important things on it I need. I think it’s the start button for some reason. I just got the darn thing. Why ! Why!

Does the store that sold it to you offer a 30-day warranty, or a "30 day no questions asked" return policy?
Your HP computer also comes with a warranty. Contact HP Support.
Note that it is highly likely that the disk-drive, containing your files, is perfectly fine.
A computer technician can remove the disk-drive, connect it to a different computer, and copy your files.
Do this, before you ship the computer to HP,, for repair.
