Product: HP all in one 22 c0028d

I have PC HP all in one 22 c0028d, when i turn on the PC only black blank show up, but the arrow pointer can be see and i can move it. Please help me how to solve it? Thank you

This error has many causes.

 

I suggest you carefully read this article (Link).

 

You may have to do a lot of troubleshooting to find the cause.
