It is very difficult to diagnose boot problems in a forum.

 

Your PC is less than two years old. Do you have an extended warranty with HP?

 

Please provide more details on the problem.

 

What do you see or hear when you try to start the PC? 

 

Did anything unusual happen prior to this symptom?

 

Very sorry, but I can't provide assistance with the information you are providing. Too many items to troubleshoot to find the cause.
