Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently downloaded some music on my pc

i also installed a CD for driving theory onto the pc

 

i tried turning my pc in again but the fist thing that shows up is a blank screen with the HP logo and a loading sign below it

I presume by now, since you have not received a reply, you have restarted the PC.

 

So, what is it doing now?
