Hello, @Gv13 – Hope you are well 🙂

Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums! It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel!

I see that your HP notebook is restarting every other time. Appreciate all your efforts so far. I will do my best to find you a solution 🙂

To assist you better, I need to know the complete product number of your notebook. If unsure, please check: http://hp.care/2oPCMBG

Also, did you make any recent updates or changes before this issue started?

Alternatively, let's try to do a BIOS default on your PC. Here are the steps:

  1. Shutdown the computer.
  2. Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
  3. Press F10 once for BIOS.
  4. Press F9 for BIOS defaults.
  5. Press F10 to save and exit.

If the issue persists, update the graphics drivers as well. Assuming your PC is on Intel platform, run the Intel driver update tool to automatically download and update the drivers: http://intel.ly/2oVUWAu

If the machine is on AMD platform, run the AMD driver update utility from here: AMD Drivers and Support | AMD

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!

Good luck 🙂
