Last night when I started up my pc, it kept making 3 beeping noises, I eventually founded out the the problem was that one of my ram went bad, so I took it out and put the pc back together and the pc starts up with no beeping noises but it eventually just takes time to a blank blue screen, I’ve clicked esc on that screen and it takes me to these options: F1 system information

F2 system diagnostics

F9 boot device options

F10 bios setup

F11 system recovery

what do I do to get my pc to work normally

Hi,

I'm looking at your PC's specs (Link). I see one 8 GB module from the factory. Did you add another memory module?

You have two DIMM sockets (Link). Try one stick of memory (preferably the factory module first) in each slot to see if the PC will POST.

What happens if you select "F2"?

Either: the memory is not seated correctly, one or both modules have failed, or you have a motherboard problem, memory socket problem, or CPU problem.

Regards
