Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Suddenly my laptop gone it's showed blank screen then I found that harddisk gone so I brought new harddisk and fixed it after fixing now my laptop not starting at all just it's showing caps lock blinking 5:3 ratio what should I do
