HP Recommended

I am having problem in my windows 10 as follows.
1. Earlier I had a W10 which did not start for quite a few days.
2. So I took a professional help and got the Laptop formatted.
3. Within a couple of days, Laptop required updating. So I allowed update and shutdown from start menu. But it went on to restart but never got shut down or restated again.
4. So again I took it to service provider but he also could not repair. He told that he had formatted and now the Laptop is taking update. But once again it is not started. Only thing the screen changed from "getting your windows ready...." to "hp" logo.
Please suggest what to do?
