My pc asking for password after deleting my user account from my laptop

Hi Sir,

I have a strange issue that happened to my hp laptop. I have deleted my user account which is in fact a Microsoft account from my laptop. The way I deleted my account is from Control Panel - Administrative Tools - users and groups - users - then I chose the account and deleted it. After I have restarted my PC, it asks for a password. I tried to inter the password I used for my PC. Nothing is accepted. Is there any default password that is set automatically for me?

My laptop details are:

Model: 15-bsO85nia
