I have an omen 30l desktop pc and I was doing a local reinstall full reset on it and it had gotten unplugged during it and now I don't get display on my monitor but pc does turn on and my keyboard and mouse don't get power from the pc either what do I do?

Try a hard reset as described here in steps 1-1 through 1-7 Do not try 2 or 3, just the hard reset.
If the reset does not work then try again but on step 1-7 hold down the power button for 30 seconds instead of just pressing it.
If the mouse and keyboard do not light up then possibly a surge damaged the power supply or motherboard.
