Product: Elitebook 840 g3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello my pc was working fine and turned off after having low batteries. And since then it turns on and the screen remains black. I tried to do a hard reset, and remove the battery and ram but nothing was done. As soon as you press the switch off it goes off directly (whereas before you had to insist.) What to do?

Bonjour mon pc marchait très bien et s'est éteint après avoir les batteries faibles. Et depuis il s'allume et l'écran reste noir. J'ai essayé de faire un hard reset matériel, et d'enlever la batterie et la ram mais rien n'a faire. Des qu'on appuie sur le bouton éteindre il s'eteind direct (alors que avant il fallait insister.) que faire ?
