Product: HP ENVY ALL-IN-ONE 32-a0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
This is a completely new PC. When it first start up, it updates drivers and BIOS. Then it starts to shut down by itself after few minutes on. Then, after a while it start working well. This morning, when I wake up, the computer updates the BIOS again, F.15, on July/03/2020 and since then, it just remain on on Windows for about 3-5 minutes and then it shutdown. It happen only while on windows, it doesn’t hapoen while on BIOS. I didi reinstalled the BIOS again thinking that it will solve the problem but not.

@JACMeSPA, Welcome to HP Support Community!
Does the device turn off suddenly with its lights off as well? or do the lights remain on and only the screen blacks out?
Also, do you know if any updates were recently installed or interrupted during an update?
Meanwhile, here's what you need to do:
If Windows suddenly shuts down without warning, it might be caused by one of several issues.
A BIOS update can also resolve the issue: click here for steps.
Follow the steps in this section, in order, to run a hardware test to identify any issues with the device:
Install the latest version of the HP Hardware diagnostics (UEFI) on your device using this link: Click here for details
- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.
- Click Extensive Test.
- Click Run once, or Loop until error.
- While the test is running, the time remaining and test result for each component display on the screen.
If a component fails a test, write down the failure ID (24-digit code) for when you respond back to us.

I had exactly the same issue. The bios F15 is a problem with the new drivers from nvidia. Drivers above nr 443.xx give every user (with F15) of the HP-ENVY-32 the same problem !! thats why (the new bios) not EVERY user of the ENVY32 has this problem.
I hope HP fixes this problem. My guess it's the upgrade of the bios thats incompatible with something that is changed (or implemented ) in the new Nvidia drivers.

I have the exact same issue. Did you fix the problem? The PC got delivered today and after I updated the BIOS to F.15, it shuts down after about 5 mins or so. Is there any way to rollback to F.12? There is a menu item called rollback BIOS in Diagnostic test but it does not do anything showing it failed (unable to open BIOS signature file.)
