ProDesk 600 g6 sff
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So today I picked up a brand new ProDesk Gen10 i5. As always here in Western Australia, I could not get the exact specs I required so bought a Crucial500 1TB SSD to install the Os on.

Upon booting the device using a Win10 boot USB I found that the ProDesk cannot see the new SSD.

Ive done this a thousand times and never had this before.   Please help

FYI.  New ssd is sata not NVMe. Which should still work.

Is the new drive in sata format as in connecting by a power and sata lead or is it a msata format drive connecting to the board into a slot?
