New ssd cannot load windows

Hello I recently purchased an hp envy 750-411 and a pny cs900 480gb ssd. The issue is that when I try to install windows 10 I get error "0xc0000098." Is my sad compatible. I've tried many things. Is there a clear solution? Thanks

What was the size of the HDD you replaced???

No I'm not using hp recovery media. It's a 1tb with only the so installed so there is over 900gb space left. Can I use hp recovery media on the ssd?
