Hello. Please help if you can. When I start the HP Envy Desktop, it goes to a blue screen showing "Boot Device not found." Please install an operating system. Hard Disk (3FO). F2—System Diagnostics.
I ran all the diagnostics, and everything passed. What next? It still will not boot up, even though this computer is running Windows 10.
Please advise if you can. Thank you very much.

If the System Diagnostics specifically says the hard drive has passed the tests, then something is interfering with the boot loader or it is corrupted.
Either way, you can use the Windows 10 media to repair the boot loader or at least to reinstall Windows.
If you need the install media -

The repair function on the install media, once you boot to the media, is in the lower left corner of the boot-up screen.
I'm not an HP employee.
