You said you replaced the HDD with Win7 with an SSD with Win10 -- but you didn't mention doing an Upgrade, so my guess is that you INSTALLED Win10 to that SSD, right? And then, the Win10 SSD boots OK, right.
But then you said you tried a secon SSD, but you didn't say what was on it or how you configured it. So, we have no we of knowing why that second SSD did not boot.
The best approach is to "clone" the HDD to an SSD; that way, you can be sure that all the critical partitions are copied, and to the right locations.
