Product: Compaq CQ5000 (cq5320f)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
No POST and no beeps, just a black screen on startup. Tested PSU and all wires have the correct voltage. Swapped memory sticks, replaced motherboard battery and replaced CPU still nothing.

Hi,
The fans spin so you have power to the system board. You checked PSU voltage but it could be a PSU amperage problem.
It could also be a motherboard problem.
Try reducing the PC to a minimum configuration to eliminate an add-in internal component or unnecessary peripheral. Then try a different PSU.
Regards
