Solved!

No boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed

Pavillion p6-2265 EO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I run the Disagnostics (F2) and got the Failure ID: 94X6MF-0008PW-X87TIF- 61CDO3

Product ID: B7Y67EA#UUW

What is the next step to do?

> No boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed

Bad news.  Either the disk-drive is not getting electrical power, or the "data" cable between the disk-drive and the motherboard is not properly connected, thus preventing any "data-transfer", or the disk-drive has failed, or the first few records on the disk-drive, namely the "boot" records, have been deleted/modified/overwritten.

There exist [expensive!] Recovery Services that will take your disk-drive apart, fix it, just long-enough to copy your files to a brand-new disk-drive.

Or, you will need to purchase a brand-new disk-drive, and reinstall Windows onto it.
