Is it the power button, I just changed the CMOS battery

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

Make sure the new MB CR2032 battery is seated correctly. Try a different MB battery.

 

Stuff happens when you don't expect it.

 

Some other component may have failed.
