Fans running but no light on power button or boot up sounds and no picture on monitor

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

Your PC is about five years old. Components start to fail at this age.

 

Do you regularly clean the internals with compressed air? Excessive dust buildup can cause your problem.

 

Typical component failure showing this symptom could be the power supply or the motherboard. It could be (long shot) a bad CR 2032 motherboard battery.

 

It is best to have a local, reputable, PC tech diagnose the problem unless you like to tear down a system component by component to find the bad part.
