Hook up video to many many different ways to hook a video up to VGA thanks to my data to HDMI a different monitor TV still no video no boot no error code but this black screen fans turn wide open need to know what trouble shooting steps to get it to display image

First thing is to post the PC model number and exactly what you are using for the monitor, and how it is connected to the PC.
