I recently changed my ram frequency in the bios after I restarted my pc I wouldn’t get a display on my monitor and my mouse and keyboard don’t turn on.

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

What you are experiencing after changing the BIOS memory frequency is very unusual.

 

Many HP PCs don't do memory overclocking. This is also a puzzler.

 

Reset CMOS as follows:

 

Shut down the Desktop PC. Disconnect from AC power.

 

Depress and hold down the power button about 20 seconds, a couple of times, to drain residual MB power.

 

Remove the side panel. Locate and remove the MB battery. let the PC rest for a couple of minutes.

 

Reinstall the MB battery, reattach the side panel and connect to AC power.

 

Start the PC to check for a good POST and a Windows sign-in screen.

 

You may have a BIOS problem or a component problem if the PC does not POST.
