HP Pavilion 27-n200 All-in-One Desktop PC series

Display wont turn on, I followed the complete guide HP PCs - No Power or No Boot Guided Troubleshooter (http://hp.dezide.com/ts/start.jsp?guide=NoPowerorBootIssues.net&section=ccweb&as=true)
but no success. I noticed the fan stopped spinning after a few seconds after being turn on. not sure if that will help.

Hi

When fans shut down after powering on your PC this usually means you have a power supply problem or motherboard (MB) problem. A MB problem could mean any integrated MB component has failed.

You followed all of the troubleshooting steps.

You could pull the RAM modules to see if you can get a POST "no RAM" error message. You could also disconnect the HDD to see if you get a "boot disk" error message.

It is probably time to have HP or a local tech take a look.

Tom
