Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello guys, I have been trying to fix my computer since 2 days but nothing works, the pc works in the safe mode but doesn't work in the normal mode. 

 

The start up routine stops and no password dialog appreas and screen starts to flick continuous..

I have tried to repair by reinstalling windows again but nothing works

 

Need serious help

This seems to be an issue with the Windows. May I know how did you reinstall Windows?
