No power Spectre x360

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Working on laptop and low power message came up so I plugged in the adapter to charge within a couple minutes the computer went dead. Cannot get it to power up at all. No lights, no nothing. Reseated the battery but no help at all,  still dead.  Also checked the voltage to the power cord to make sure it was working and it’s working fine.  Any ideas?
