Product: HP 15s-eq1000 Laptop PC (1L0Z7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop frequently remains silent when I press the power button until it is plugged into the wall socket. This happens even when the battery has adequate power (95%, 50%, 40%, etc.) to switch on the PC. When I check my PC with HP Hard Diagnostic Windows 2.1.0.0 it showed no problem at all. What would be the problem, what should I do?
