HP ENVY Phoenix 810-170st CTO Desktop PC

I have an HP ENVY Phoenix that will not

Power on. At first it would power on and shortly thereafter would shut down. Sometimes it would shut down  before windows would load and sometimes after. Then it would not power on at all. I replaced power supply and still will not turn on. I believe something on the motherboard is not allowing the power supply to come on.

Please help. Thanks.

hi

unfortunately almost impossible to identify the problem from here
virtually unlikely to find a solution, you will need to consult a professional

unplug everything, , and unplug the power supply!
long press the power button!
open, and remove, if possible the graphics card, and other internal card
leave only the main hard drive
a memory module!
Clearing the CMOS Settings

reconnect the power supply and the screen to the motherboard, keyboard mouse!
reboot..
if nothing, then I couldn't tell you anything more I think
