No signal on screen

Hp pavilion a6000
Need help Im not getting any signal on my computer screen. No noises from pc fan working okay and also opened the pc and cleaned down inside. My keyboard and mouse come on but cut out after the power starts up basically. Please help at my wits end 😐

I understand that you are facing an issue with your computer where it is not booting or giving any display, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you. 

 

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

May I know the operating system installed on your computer?

Have you made any hardware changes on your computer?

Request you provide more information to be able to assist you better?

 

Recommend you try a power reset. Click here for assistance. 

Turn off the computer. 

With the power off, disconnect the power cord from the back of the computer.

With the power off and the power cord disconnected, press the power button on the computer for 5 seconds. The power light indicator on or near the power button might turn on briefly but then go out.

Reconnect the power cord and turn on the power.

 

If the issue persists, try a BIOS restore. 

Do a power reset again. 

While holding the Win + B keys on the keyboard turn the computer to restore the BIOS on your computer. Click here for assistance.
