Hello, my computer is 2 weeks was working great. Yesterday, was playing Diablo IV, screen randomly went black tower was still fully on and running. Waited about 5 minutes as I thought maybe just a random restart update; no joy. I reconnected the screen and that didn’t help either. I forced restart the computer, unattached all external devices and tried starting again. Now when I try to turn it on, it’ll click (literally, there’s a ‘click’ from the GPU) on for half a second the GPU and internal lighting will flash and then it just shuts down; all happens in less than a second. I’ve never encountered anything like this before. I have no idea what’s happening. Most importantly, like I mentioned above, it’s only 2 weeks old! Thanks for the help.

On a desktop system, unplug computer. If the power cord has a transformer (wall wart) unplug from the computer. |
Plug back in then ---
