Hi, so I just got this laptop along with a couple of 16 gb ram sticks (https://www.kingston.com/en/memory/gaming/kingston-fury-impact-ddr5-memory), but if I replace the original memory sticks with the new ones, the laptop won't boot (3 long + 2 short caps lock blinks). So I tried different configurations
- using both new sticks one at a time, the pc boots in both cases and shows 16 gb of RAM
- using the original sticks, the pc boots and shows 16 gb of RAM
- using the old sticks one at a time, the pc boots and shows 8gb of RAM
The only configuration that fails to boot is the one with the new sticks. I tried to get to the BIOS (pressing F10) but it won't show up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
