Hi

I all of a suidden whenever i select anything from the bios am asked for administrator password, which i have never set, never received, or geard of?

if I enter 3 times as some have suggest it i simply get this: 

SN: [Personal Information Removed]

is this how it's supposed to work, my own bought and paid for computer is inacccessible to me because, well....you tell me?

(PS it seems half your cusatomers are having this issue, and i don't see a lot of enthusiasm in adresing it).

Don't make this make this the last tiome i touch an HP product, please!!
