OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000i (1S3R9AV)

Hello there,

I have been struggling for a while now with my OMEN 30L Desktop PC.

It randomly crashed and now when I try to reboot it keeps itself in a 'boot'-loop. It always goes to a BSOD when it tries to get itself in recovery-mode.

I can enter the BIOS and tried all of the hardware tests(they didn't show any errors).

Things I have tried so far:
     - Try to reboot in safemode
     - Reboot from a USB

The BSOD errors are always different, here are a few of them:

     - PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
     - ACPI.sys
     - KERNEL_SECURITY_FAILURE
     - FLTMGR.SYS
     - IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
     - ntoskrnl.exe

     - KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION
     - WimFsf.sys

 

I was looking to make a ticket for this at HP, but it only guides me to this forum.

if you are out of warranty, you cannot contact hp general service directly

have you tried a full recovery via hp cloud?
