Please uninstall the HP Command Center and restart the computer. Refer to this Link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-sg/help/4028054/windows-10-repair-or-remove-programs

 

Next download the HP Omen Command Center from Windows Store: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/omen-command-center/9nqdw009t0t5?activetab=pivot:overviewtab
