OMEN Desktop BSOD

Bought a OMEN gaming desktop from Best Buy last year. It was a floor model, so I got a good discount, but no warranty was offered. I keep getting the same 2 BSOD errors (MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION) and (CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT). A stress test was performed on CPU, Memory, and GPU and all passed. Reinstalled Windows 10. Don't know what else to do. Anyone who also had an OMEN pc have this issue?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
The issue occurs if HP Velocity is installed and enabled. By uninstalling HP Velocity should resolve the issue.

Hey A_r02,
Did you reinstall Windows 10 from an ISO/USB or did you simply run the Reset My PC? Also, I'm 99% sure that the Omen platform does not ship with HP Velocity, but can you please confirm that Velocity is not installed?
