Hello HP Community, I'm trying to update my PC to the latest drivers (this includes, BIOS, Firmware, Graphics Drivers, Ect) so my PC can run very smoothly! However..
When I put all my info in for the Serial Number detection, My operating system wasn't listed!! I am running the latest version of Windows 10 (Version 22H2, 64-bit)
My current Desktop is an HP Compaq Elite 8300 CMT running drivers from atleast 5 or 6 years ago!!
Can anyone help? I really want to see if I can turn this beast of a PC into a solid gaming desktop. Thanks!

Hi:
HP does not support your PC for W10, and there are no W10 drivers for it.
You have to use the drivers that are on your PC's support page for any devices that W10 didn't install.
There should only be two devices that I can think of that need drivers and that would be if you see a PCI Simple Communications Controller and a PCI Serial Port needing drivers in the device manager.
This W8 driver will install both devices:
Intel(R) AMT LMS_SOL for AMT 8.xx

I have the HP 8200 Elite CMT and if you want to update the audio driver, I found that the W10 Realtek audio driver from the Elitedesk 800 G1 should work on your PC too. It worked on mine.
Realtek Audio Driver
6.0.1.8328

Updating the BIOS:
See this discussion for how to update the BIOS without using the Windows based flash:
The CMT uses the same BIOS files as the SFF.
