Product: HP Officejet 6500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer - E710n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
HP 6500a plus is locked up on the message "redial in 0 seconds". I had sent a fax yesterday and when I wanted to copy an item, I cannot get beyond the fax screen.

@Bill326 -- what happens when you power-off the device, then disconnect the AC power, and then try to power-on? This will "drain" any residual electricity. Reconnect the AC power, and power-on the device, to see if you still get the same message from the FAX app on the device.
