OMEN 30L Desktop GT13-0000i (236B1AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Following the Windows 11 22H2 update, my computer will boot, but gives me the dreaded blue screen of death after some use. It's a random thing, but usually after a few to several minutes. I have tried several resolution ideas including a previous restore point, but that didn't seem to undo the update. I also tried to reset the computer, but that fails. I've read that it stems from a conflict with the Intel CPU driver. Anyone else with this problem have a resolution?

Rainbow,

Thanks for your message. I didn't see the first note until today. I ran the fast test successfully, but not the extensive test. I will run it later tonight.

There is a pending .net and recent Windows 11 feature update that won't install using Windows Update, and a retry fails. I've tried to install those updates manually by downloading the install files, but that fails as well. The computer crashes (BSOD) whenever I try either method. I've tried to remove those update files using a command line process on Microsoft's support page, but I couldn't locate the directory to which they refer. Do you have any instructions on how to do that?

I have tried resetting the PC, but that process fails too.

I will report back when I finish the extensive test. Thanks again for your help.
