OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop 875-0050
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

About 2 weeks ago, I updated my desktop including a bunch of optional updates from HP. Shortly after this, I began to have this odd issue where I'd put my computer to sleep at night and in the morning I couldn't wake it up from sleep. On at least one occasion, it sounded like the fans were going at a decent speed. I was able to fix this every time by holding down the power button to do a reset.

This morning, I didn't run into that issue which I was pleasantly surprised about. When I tried to sign in, my fingerprint reader wasn't working and had an error message along the lines of "something went wrong". I decided I would try to sign in using my PIN but that also gave me a message which said "PIN not available". I then tried to restart my computer using the power button on the lock screen. It kind of "bugged out" where it was stuck loading for a restart then the screen flashed black and turned back on and then it finished powering down. When it came back on, my backlit keyboard was off and my monitors were black. My mouse, however, was lighting up.

I've tried restarting it several times using the power button but the same thing is happening every time. Any ideas what could be wrong and where I should go from here?
