HP OMEN 870-244
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Pretty much everyone who bought one of these has this problem.  There are no viable solutions online.  They all end with SOLVED! With no actual solution to the issue.  I've updated the BIOS, re-seated the RAM and the video card, made sure that the monitor is powered prior to starting the PC, and done everything except patting my head and rubbing my tummy.

Does anyone have a viable way to stop this piece of junk from beeping every time I start the PC?  Thanks in advance!

Attention
A bios update is not without risk!
Be aware that if you are offered to do so, it will be at your own risk, the computer may become unusable, think about it
