My Omen desktop is playing up. it goes to the blue screen for diagnostics. I did this, everything seems to be fine. However, it will not boot up to my Windows screen. I keep getting the red omen sign in the middle of the screen but eventually goes back to diagnostics. I keep going around in circles. I have checked the CMOS battery, and that is fine. Tried resetting this has had some success. However, after installing updates, it went back to the diagnostic screen again. ??

This third party site explains how to use DISM and SFC to repair your windows system.
You need to be in windows to do the repair.
If windows does not start then click here to get into SAFE mode.
How to use SFC or DISM to repair Windows
Do not use DISM unless SFC reports it found errors but cannot repair.
