I was running Windows 7 and try to upgrade to Windows 11 and that was impossible. So I was advised to try to install Windows 10 and that's when my problem began I was then advice to start with upgrade Windows 8.1 and that's what I've been running since I'm stuck on Windows 8.1 and my upgrade to Windows 10 has to be put on hold can please someone advised me on disabling safe mode. I've tried wiping and factory resetting and restarting and rebooting and nothing seems to work. Every time I log back on the internet or my Wi-Fi needs to be manually configured every single time.

The upgrade to 10 or even 11 can be done but you will need the chipset drivers for the motherboard. The ethernet and audio drivers will probably be required for older systems.
What is product ID and exact model of your system? I have no idea what "6" is. If it is an old desktop it would be useful to remove the side panel and find the motherboard model.
I assume you have windows 7 home. You should be able to install 10 home and use the windows 7 serial to activate. Possibly the same for 11.
