HP Recommended

First this happens when an object fell on the computer causing it to shut down and update but the screen keep freezing on update so i shut it down than it just greets me with a black screen and a blinking white cursor wouldn't let me do system recovery in the startup screen and would just put me back into black screen and a blinking white cursor.
